I've always been drawn to the way smart financial choices can change the entire direction of someone's life. That spark started in high school when I read Rich Dad Poor Dad in a personal finance class. Something shifted for me. I saw that wealth isn't really about the numbers themselves; it's about building the freedom to live according to your own priorities.

I started investing and budgeting around that same time. The lessons came fast. Small moves, repeated consistently, can grow into something powerful. I also learned that planning isn't something you do once and forget about. It's something you revisit and reshape as circumstances change.

I graduated from The University of Alabama and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and am in the process of my Enrolled Agent designation. My work covers the full spectrum of financial planning, from retirement and cash flow to tax strategy, risk management, and investment research. I serve both individuals and small business owners, building plans that fit their actual situations and staying involved to keep everything on track.

What I love most is taking something that feels overwhelming and making it understandable. When I can help someone see their situation clearly and know exactly what to do next, that's when the work feels most meaningful.

No financial plan ever stays the same. Life changes. The economy changes. My job is to help clients stay oriented through all of that so they're never guessing about where they stand or what comes next.

I grew up in Thomasville, North Carolina, and I still live here. It's a small town where people know each other and look out for one another. That environment taught me early that relationships matter more than transactions. Those lessons show up in how I work with clients today.

My family has always pushed me to work hard and keep learning. That encouragement is why I've pursued advanced credentials and why I take my responsibility to clients seriously.

Outside the office, I stay active. Skiing, fishing, and shooting sporting clays give me a chance to unplug and compete in a different arena. I also travel with friends when I can. I'm involved at Green Street Baptist Church, which keeps me connected to my community. Over time, I want to get more involved in local efforts around financial literacy and mentorship.

What drives me is helping people feel sure about their financial decisions. I want clients to know they have someone in their corner who gets what they're trying to accomplish and who's committed to walking with them for the long haul.
